Data Visualization Engineer

We’re looking for a Data Visualization Engineer who loves transforming data into compelling, intuitive, and impactful visual experiences.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of how the organization understands and uses data. You’ll create high-quality Grafana dashboards that turn complex metrics into clear insights, integrate data from internal systems, and shape the foundations of analytical reporting. Working closely with a Data Architect, you’ll ensure that data is not only accurate and consistent, but also easy to explore, trust, and act on. You’ll have real ownership over reporting quality, documentation, and continuous improvements across dashboards, data pipelines, and integrations.

Your Responibilities

Developing, maintaining, and enhancing interactive dashboards in Grafana, based on designs and requirements provided by the Data Architect.

  • Building and maintaining data integrations with ClickUp and other internal systems.
  • Designing, developing, and optimizing analytical database structures to support reporting and visualization needs.
  • Ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and visual clarity across dashboards and reports.
  • Testing, validating, and verifying dashboards and data outputs prior to deployment.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for data sources, data models, transformations, and dashboards.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in reporting processes, data pipelines, integrations, and data storage.
  • Collaborating with data, engineering, and product stakeholders to align reporting solutions with business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to translate metrics and analytical insights into clear, meaningful visualizations and reports.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, or dashboard development (Grafana or similar tools).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and analytical database design.
  • Good knowledge of Python or C#.
  • Experience with data integration and working with tools such as ClickUp or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience in testing, validating, and ensuring the accuracy of dashboards and data outputs.
  • High attention to detail, consistency, and visual clarity.
  • Familiarity with documenting data sources, data models, and dashboards.
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach to reporting workflows and data processes.
  • Fluent English (minimum C1) – both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data warehouses.
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced, and remote-first teams.
  • Awareness of data privacy and security best practices in reporting and dashboard development.
  • Interest in space-related topic

Terms of employment

  • Remote-first employment model, with our main office located in Bydgoszcz / Zielonka.\
  • Competitive salary, depending on your experience and qualifications: 10,000 – 16,000 PLN gross (UoP), or 84 – 134 PLN/hour (B2B).
