Sybilla Technologies designs builds and operates robotic optical observatories for monitoring objects in space. The company specializes in the complete systems, software for automated data acquisition, analysis, and scheduling of networks of sensors. We work in the domains of Space Situational Awareness, Space Surveillance and Tracking, Space Traffic Management, Near Earth Objects, stellar and planetary research, education, and commercial on-demand observations.

Your Responibilities

  • Financial planning & analysis, resources allocation & value add insights. 
  • Management reporting, regular presentation of financial performance and reporting / analytics on demand.   
  • Supporting financing projects, providing data, analysis and insights  
  • Supporting tendering process, evaluation opportunities, providing financial documentation, providing business cases and value add recommendations, pre and post tender evaluations, monitoring tenders opportunities  
  • Scanning financing opportunities and active partnering in investment and financial projects. Support in due-diligence processes.  
  • Financial reporting for dotation projects and subsidies, applying the requirements and monitoring compliance.     
  • Providing analysis tools, calculators, ad-hoc analyses and comments to drive projects performance and transparency.  
  • Implementing and sustaining pricing policy   
  • Support financial processes (order2cash, vendor2pay and other).   
  • Support implementation of ERP  
  • Financial control of fixed assets, inventories, receivables, payables and overheads.  
  • Support activities related with international expansion (including opening new branches, mergers & acquisitions, partnerships. 

Requirements

  • Higher education in Finance, Economy or Business Administration. 
  • Track record on executing tasks/projects on time and with quality.  
  • Proven track record of planning and organizing tasks. 
  • Very good command of the English language in writing and speech.  
  • High analytical skills. 
  • Business acumen and entrepreneurship. 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP system.  
  • Attention to details and spotting patterns.  
  • Ability to work as a team to overcome operational obstacles. 

Nice to Have

  • ACCA, CIMA or other financial qualifications.  
  • Additional languages  
  • Space sector, IT, engineering industry experience  

Terms of employment

  • Remote employment model (Bydgoszcz/Zielonka) – occasional visits  
  • Permanent employment contract. 
  • Salary: 7000 – 10000 PLN gross, depending on your experience and qualifications. 
  • The candidate will be offered compensation relative to his/her experience and skills.   
  • The candidate will have a specialist assigned as a mentor during the initial weeks of employment.   
  • The candidate will have an advisor for selection and monitoring of career development paths.   
  • Private medical care and Multisport on FTE. 
  • Flexible working hours.
