Marketing & Communications Coordinator

In this role, you will monitor markets and competitors, support the sales team with business intelligence and strategic meeting coordination, and drive key marketing initiatives – including events, media relations, and brand campaigns. Sybilla Technologies designs builds and operates robotic optical observatories for monitoring objects in space. The company specializes in the complete systems, software for automated data acquisition, analysis, and scheduling of networks of sensors. We work in the domains of Space Situational Awareness, Space Surveillance and Tracking, Space Traffic Management, Near Earth Objects, stellar and planetary research, education, and commercial on-demand observations.

Your Responibilities

Brand & Content Coordination

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints – from presentations and newsletters to marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate content inputs from internal teams and external partners, maintaining alignment with brand and messaging standards.
  • Support the continuous development of compelling materials that reflect the company’s vision and expertise.

Digital Presence & Outreach

  • Shape the company’s online presence by coordinating website updates and curating engaging content with the technical team.
  • Enhance SEO visibility, manage corporate profiles, and ensure consistent, on-brand activity across digital and social channels.
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to strengthen digital reach and engagement.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Build and maintain a structured overview of relevant programs, competitors, and tender landscapes.
  • Gather, analyze, and connect insights to support data-driven decision-making for Sales/Business Development and PMO teams.
  • Translate market signals into actionable intelligence that supports business growth.

Events & External Relations

  • Drive the company’s presence at key conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics, registrations, and stakeholder communication with organizers, partners, and visitors.
  • Prepare impactful materials, agendas, and briefings to ensure strong representation at external meetings.

Sales & Business Development Support

  • Enable strategic engagement with partners and customers by coordinating high-level meetings and sessions.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, track outcomes and follow-ups, and maintain CRM accuracy and documentation consistency.
  • Monitor and connect business opportunities across teams to strengthen collaboration and pipeline visibility.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, business development support, or business intelligence – preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.

  • Proven experience in coordinating events, external communications, and digital marketing initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of SEO and online visibility, including the ability to manage website updates, optimize content structure, and collaborate with external providers.

  • Experience in creating and managing marketing materials – such as presentations, newsletters, and audio-visual content – aligned with company messaging and branding.

  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to collect, connect, and summarize market and competitive insights clearly and effectively.

  • Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English.

  • Combining structure with initiative, ensuring smooth coordination of parallel projects and timely delivery of results.

Nice to Have

  • Genuine interest in the space sector, with curiosity about current trends and developments.

  • Experience in collaborating with external creative agencies or freelancers (e.g., for graphic design, PR, or event logistics).

Terms of employment

  • Hybrid employment model (HQ is in Bydgoszcz/Zielonka, Poland), office visits required once per week on average, plus business travels as needed.

  • Salary: 9,000-13,000 (UoP) or 75-109 PLN per hour (B2B), depending on your experience.
