Sybilla Technologies designs builds and operates robotic optical observatories for monitoring objects in space. The company specializes in the complete systems, software for automated data acquisition, analysis, and scheduling of networks of sensors. We work in the domains of Space Situational Awareness, Space Surveillance and Tracking, Space Traffic Management, Near Earth Objects, stellar and planetary research, education, and commercial on-demand observations.

3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, business development support, or business intelligence – preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
Proven experience in coordinating events, external communications, and digital marketing initiatives.
Strong understanding of SEO and online visibility, including the ability to manage website updates, optimize content structure, and collaborate with external providers.
Experience in creating and managing marketing materials – such as presentations, newsletters, and audio-visual content – aligned with company messaging and branding.
Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to collect, connect, and summarize market and competitive insights clearly and effectively.
Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English.
Combining structure with initiative, ensuring smooth coordination of parallel projects and timely delivery of results.
Genuine interest in the space sector, with curiosity about current trends and developments.
Experience in collaborating with external creative agencies or freelancers (e.g., for graphic design, PR, or event logistics).
Hybrid employment model (HQ is in Bydgoszcz/Zielonka, Poland), office visits required once per week on average, plus business travels as needed.
Salary: 9,000-13,000 (UoP) or 75-109 PLN per hour (B2B), depending on your experience.
