Sybilla Technologies designs, builds, and operates robotic optical observatories for monitoring objects in space. We specialize in end-to-end systems and software for automated data acquisition, analysis, and scheduling across networks of sensors.

Your Responibilities

  • Designing, building, and maintaining scalable automated testing frameworks that ensure high software quality and long-term maintainability.
  • Developing and executing automated tests for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios.
  • Translating business and technical requirements into effective test strategies, scenarios, and automated/manual test cases.
  • Conducting performance, scalability, and reliability testing to validate system behavior under real-world conditions.
  • Identifying, tracking, and analyzing defects and test results, providing clear insights into quality risks and improvement areas.
  • Collaborating closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to embed quality across the entire SDLC.
  • Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous testing and fast, reliable releases.
  • Troubleshooting test and environment issues, identifying root causes, and driving continuous improvements in testing processes and tooling.
  • Acting as a quality advocate, proactively improving QA practices and supporting high engineering standards across the team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for software quality and technology (interest in space-related projects is a strong plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 2 years focused on automated test design and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing principles, test design techniques, and testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation and programming in C# or Python.
  • Good understanding of the .NET ecosystem and Visual Studio, or Pytest with Visual Studio Code.
  • Proven ability to design, execute, and maintain both automated and manual test cases.
  • A proactive, independent mindset with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
  • Good English skills (B2+), including cross-team communication and reading/writing technical documentation.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Background in fast-paced start-up or scale-up environments.

Terms of employment

  • Remote employment model (HQ is in Bydgoszcz/Zielonka, Poland).
  • Salary: 110-140 PLN net/ hour (B2B), depending on your skills and experience.
  • Working in a fast-growing company in a prestigious Space industry.
