The company specializes in the complete systems, software for automated data acquisition, analysis, and scheduling of networks of sensors. We work in the domains of Space Situational Awareness, Space Surveillance and Tracking, Space Traffic Management, Near Earth Objects, stellar and planetary research, education, and commercial on-demand observations.

Your Responibilities

  • Roadmap management – developing and implementing a clear roadmap outlining the product’s evolution over time, monitoring and reporting on key project metrics and timelines  
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in developing and implementing processes for scaling product operations, ensuring that the company’s solutions can handle increased load, user growth, etc.  
  • Refining product workflows and automating processes to improve operational efficiency.  
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to prioritize technical debt, ensuring that the core functionality remains robust as the product scales.  
  • Release management – planning, deployment management, quality assurance, customer feedback and satisfaction risk management.  
  • Conducing post-release product evaluations to identify areas for improvement.  
  • Ensuring reliability and performance of the product by prioritizing features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.  
  • Conducting market research, customer analysis, and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.  
  • Acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs, pain points, and feedback.  
  • Engaging with stakeholders, users, and customers to validate ideas and gather insights.  
  • Working closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver the product, foster good collaboration and common goal spirit.  
  • Translating high-level product concepts into more detailed requirements.  
  • Ensuring cross-functional alignment and resolving conflicts or challenges during product development.  
  • Maintaining comprehensive product documentation to ensure all relevant teams are aligned 

Requirements

  • Higher education (master’s degree).  
  • 2-8 years of experience in product development, project management, or similar roles.  
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.  
  • Proven ability to stabilize, negotiate and unify all of the competing demands from the organization and customers.  
  • Ability to grasp product vision and prioritize steps toward achieving it.  
  • Familiarity with tools and methodologies used in product management, such as Agile and Scrum.  
  • Very good time management: prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring that product roadmap and releases stay on track.  
  • Adaptability: being flexible and open to change which helps in navigating the dynamic nature of product management and responding to new information or unexpected challenges.  
  • Very good command of the English language in writing and speech (candidate should be able to read and write technical documentation).  
  • Excellent communication skills.  

Nice to Have

  • Interest in Space industry or interest in space-related topics.    
  • Experience in a start-up environment.  

Terms of employment

  • Remote employment model (Bydgoszcz/Zielonka) – occasional visits. 
  • Salary: 10000 – 16000 PLN/employment contract or 12000-19000 B2B depending on your experience and qualifications.
