About Sybilla Technologies

Sybilla Technologies designs, builds and operates robotic optical observatories for monitoring objects in space. The company specializes in the complete systems, software for automated data acquisition, analysis and scheduling of networks of sensors. We work in the domains of Space Situational Awareness, Space Surveillance and Tracking, Space Traffic Management, stellar and planetary research, education, and commercial on-demand observations.   

Accountabilities

  • Managing regular sales activities (excluding Business Development responsibilities). 
  • Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer lifecycle. 
  • Implementing and maintaining commercial excellence processes to support revenue growth. 
  • Optimizing sales and customer success workflows, including CRM management, client onboarding, and sales pipeline operations. 
  • Monitoring and reporting on key commercial KPIs (e.g. win rate, churn, CLTV, CAC, retention). 
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handovers and shared understanding across departments. 
  • Coordinating the implementation of growth-enabling tools (e.g. CRM systems, automation platforms). 
  • Providing strategic input on pricing, customer segmentation, and sales channel strategies. 
  • Leading sales forecasting and planning efforts. 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, revenue operations, or business performance, preferably in B2G (business-to-government) markets. 
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales and/or customer success processes. 
  • Degree in business, economics, management, or a related field — or a technical/STEM degree combined with experience in commercial operations. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data-driven commercial decision-making. 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and operations teams. 
  • High level of independence, ownership, and results orientation. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Nice to have

  • Experience in deep tech, aerospace, defense, or space-related industries. 
  • Familiarity with ClickUp for task and process management. 
  • Understanding of public procurement processes or working with institutional clients (e.g. ESA, NATO, European Commission, national agencies). 
  • Project management experience. 
  • Interest in space technologies and their commercial applications. 
  • Experience working in or with startup environments. 

Terms of employment

  • Remote employment model (main office is in Bydgoszcz/Zielonka). 
  • Salary: 110-150 zł/h (B2B), depending on your experience and qualifications. 
  • Working in a fast-growing company in the prestigious Space industry.
