Sybilla Technologies designs builds and operates robotic optical observatories for monitoring objects in space. The company specializes in the complete systems, software for automated data acquisition, analysis, and scheduling of networks of sensors. We work in the domains of Space Situational Awareness, Space Surveillance and Tracking, Space Traffic Management, Near Earth Objects, stellar and planetary research, education, and commercial on-demand observations.

Your Responibilities

You’ll manage long-term relationships with public and commercial partners, coordinate tailored offers, and serve as the main point of contact for strategic clients. A key part of your role will be maintaining precise and up-to-date CRM to support accurate forecasting and seamless cross-team collaboration. You’ll work closely with internal teams — finance, administration, engineering, and operations — to align on client needs and deliver results with clarity and structure.

  • Manage long-term relationships with public and commercial partners (e.g. government agencies, commercial players in the SST/SSA domain, software distributors).
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver reliable account forecasts.
  • Execute strategic account plans in close coordination with delivery, legal, and technical teams.
  • Support the proposal team during public procurement processes by providing client context and account-specific insight.
  • Prepare tailored commercial offers (non-tender), coordinating input from technical and business teams.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, project reviews, and ecosystem events.
  • Create and deliver client presentations based on available materials and account-specific needs.
  • Feed client feedback and partner intelligence into internal planning and strategy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on both operational and commercial matters.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve any issues or friction points.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or partner relationship roles.
  • Experience working with public institutions (B2G) or B2B clients in complex or technical environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and account planning methodologies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (minimum C1 level in both written and spoken communication) — essential for client interaction and reporting.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable acting as the single point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and follow-ups.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with delivery, technical, and legal teams.

Nice to Have

  • Background in space, engineering, or defense sectors; familiarity with public procurement processes.
  • Technical or product-related experience (e.g. STEM degree or hands-on work with technical solutions).

Terms of employment

  • Remote employment model (main office is in Bydgoszcz/Zielonka).
  • Ability to travel to remote sites (on a need basis) and to headquarters (once per quarter). 
  • Salary: 11000 – 15000 PLN gross (employment contract) or 88-120 zł/hour (B2B), depending on experience and qualifications.
