The company specializes in the complete systems, software for automated data acquisition, analysis, and scheduling of networks of sensors. We work in the domains of Space Situational Awareness, Space Surveillance and Tracking, Space Traffic Management, Near Earth Objects, stellar and planetary research, education, and commercial on-demand observations.

Your Responibilities

Designing new structural solutions of sensor’s and control equipment enclosures.
Designing elements according to the wind, water, humidity, dust, temperature, reliability, weight, snow pressure, cost, production time requirements.
Improving existing technical solutions and products.
Providing technical supervision over projects and products during their implementation into production (small-scale production).
Cooperation with subcontractors and suppliers responsible for: metal processing (production of metal elements), carbon fibre, plastic (3D printing), mechanical (electrical motors and actuators), electronical elements.
Managing technical and project documentation, along with the selection of materials and technologies for mechanical/mechatronic parts/systems in accordance with specifications and standards, in cooperation with the client, suppliers and departments in the organization.
Solid knowledge of technical drawing and the fundamentals of machine design.
Quality assurance of the manufactured components.
Responsibility for preliminary project arrangements.
“E” Qualification Certificate.
Knowledge of ISO standards.
Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD / ZWCAD, or other CAD software.

Requirements

Higher education in engineering (mechanics, mechatronics, machine construction, automation, robotics or similar).
Analytical thinking and creativity in solving problems.
4 years’ experience in similar position.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken), B1 level.
Solid knowledge of technical drawing and the fundamentals of machine design.
Ability to interpret, create, and review detailed drawings for manufacturing and assembly.
Responsibility for preliminary project arrangements:
Leading initial discussions to define project scope, technical requirements, and deliverables.
“E” Qualification Certificate.
Knowledge of ISO standards.
Proficiency in CAD software: advanced skills in SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, or ZWCAD.
Very good time management and work coordination.
Ability to work in a team and very good organization of working time.

Nice to Have

Interest in Space topics.
Experience with telescopes.

Terms of employment

Remote employment model (Bydgoszcz/Zielonka) – occasional visits.
Salary: 8000 – 12000 PLN on employment contract or 10000 – 14500 on B2B contract, depending on your experience and qualifications
