Sybilla Technologies designs builds and operates robotic optical observatories for monitoring objects in space. The company specializes in the complete systems, software for automated data acquisition, analysis, and scheduling of networks of sensors. We work in the domains of Space Situational Awareness, Space Surveillance and Tracking, Space Traffic Management, Near Earth Objects, stellar and planetary research, education, and commercial on-demand observations.

Your Responibilities

  • Independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes (white-collar, specialist, and managerial roles).
  • Creating job postings, selecting sourcing channels, publishing offers, and managing recruitment campaigns.
  • Conducting pre-screening calls, video interviews, and competency-based interviews.
  • Building and developing a question bank aligned with the company’s core values.
  • Organizing meetings with hiring managers and presenting candidate recommendations.
  • Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Understanding team hiring needs and advising on suitable candidate profiles.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to promote job opportunities effectively.
  • Supporting the definition of roles, requirements, responsibilities, and scorecards.
  • Tracking recruitment pipelines, updating candidate statuses, and reporting progress regularly.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to recruitment processes and tools.
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices within the HR team.
  • Contributing to process optimization initiatives, including candidate database management, job ad templates, market and channel analysis, interview guides, onboarding support, events, and competitor tracking.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in independently managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong work ethic, including consistency, meeting deadlines, independence, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Very good command of Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Knowledge of modern candidate sourcing channels.
  • Experience in technology or engineering industries for hiring technical specialists.
  • Experience in recruiting for non-technical roles (accounting, finance, procurement, administration).
  • Experience working in a startup environment or a fast-scaling company.
  • Very good command of Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Experience in working with Office 365 and cloud-based project management platforms (ex. ClickUp).

Nice to Have

  • Interest in Space-related topics.

Terms of employment

  • Remote employment model (Bydgoszcz/Zielonka). 
  • Salary: 8000 – 11000 PLN gross on employment contract or 60-80 zł per hour on B2B (depending on your experience and qualifications).
  • Working in a fast-growing company in a prestigious Space industry.
