We are looking for a Financial Analyst to ensure high-quality financial data, maintain analytical models, and deliver accurate insights supporting our space operations. This execution-focused role requires strong data discipline, consistency, and close collaboration with business and operational teams. 

Your Responibilities

  • Ensure data consistency across financial systems (ERP, controlling files, project trackers), identifying and resolving discrepancies, and maintaining the risk monitoring dashboard (data refresh and quality assurance). 

  • Maintain master data structures (chart of accounts, cost centres, project structures) and oversee KPI tracking and anomaly monitoring. 

  • Update and maintain financial models, including cost allocation, pricing, and cash flow analysis. 

  • Support pricing calculations, model validation, and monitoring of project financial performance. 

  • Provide analysis for operational cost control, working capital (AR/AP/inventory), and ad hoc business needs. 

  • Perform project financial controlling, including cost tracking, margin calculation, and support for business cases and tenders. 

  • Support grant finance processes (costing, reconciliation, reporting) and analyse contract terms to identify financial risks. 

  • Contribute to month-end and year-end closing, audits, and due diligence processes, including data preparation and variance analysis. 

  • Prepare management reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, deliver revenue analytics, and maintain reporting for external stakeholders (banks, auditors, grant providers), including ERP data validation and process support.

Requirements

  • Experience in financial analysis, controlling, or similar roles. 

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills. 

  • Advanced Excel proficiency and knowledge of analytical techniques. 

  • Ability to interpret data and draw fact-based conclusions. 

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy. 

  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment. 

  • Experience working with business, controlling, or project teams. 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a project-based or matrix organisation. 

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and controlling tools. 

  • Experience in technology, engineering, or fast-growing environments. 

Terms of employment

  • Remote employment model (HQ is in Bydgoszcz/Zielonka).   

  • Compensation: PLN 8,7k-11,6k gross on employment contract depending on skills and experience.
