  • Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
  • Contribute to improvements in security and monitoring systems.
  • Support infrastructure in colocation and secondary locations (Toruń, Zielonka, Bydgoszcz).
  • Assist the sensor creation team during occasional international business trips and on‑site installations in Bydgoszcz.

Requirements

  • Networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, DNS, VPNs, firewall concepts).
  • Proficiency in English and the ability to work with technical documentation.
  • Availability to be on‑site within approximately 60 minutes of Bydgoszcz when required.
  • Readiness for occasional international business travel (up to 4–5 days).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions.
  • Practical Linux experience.
  • Security‑oriented mindset (basic hardening, audit readiness, SOC awareness).
  • Hands‑on experience with IT hardware maintenance.

Terms of employment

  • Hybrid role with the requirement to reach the Bydgoszcz offices within approximately 60 minutes when needed and readiness to travel between office locations as required.
  • Compensation: PLN 7,000-11,000 gross/month (UoP), depending on experience and skills.
  • Work in a rapidly growing company within the prestigious Space industry.
  • Fulltime position with flexible working hours.
  • Private medical care (LuxMed) and sports package (Multisport).
  • Structured onboarding with dedicated support during the first weeks.
