Sybilla Technologies designs, builds, and operates robotic optical observatories for monitoring objects in space. We specialize in end-to-end systems and software for automated data acquisition, analysis, and scheduling across networks of sensors.

We are looking for a Logistic Specialist (Export & Import) to play a key role in enabling Sybilla’s global operations by working closely with telescope hosting sites and astronomical observatories around the world. You will have a real, tangible impact on how our export processes and shipment standards are designed and executed, while directly contributing to the development of the world’s largest private telescope network. 

Your Responibilities

  • Coordinate import and export operations, including shipments, documentation, and customs compliance, in cooperation with customs agencies and freight forwarders. 

  • Act as a key contact for internal teams, suppliers, customers, and authorities on international trade and shipments. 

  • Maintain accurate records of international transactions, tariffs, and trade documentation. 

  • Manage special customs procedures (ATA carnets, repair & return, temporary export/import). 

  • Monitor domestic and EU export control and dual‑use regulations and support compliance, audits, and required registrations.

  • Support registrations in third‑country governmental importer databases when required. 

Requirements

  • Higher education in logistics, international trade or similar. 

  • Min. 2 years of work in logistics, custom agencies, freight forwarding companies or international trade.  

  • Good command of written and spoken English.  

  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. 

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of domestic and EU regulations related to export control and dual‑use goods. 

Terms of employment

  • Remote work model (HQ in Bydgoszcz/Zielonka).    

  • Full‑time position with flexible working hours. 

  • Compensation: PLN 8,000-13,000 gross/month (UoP), depending on experience and skills. 
  • Fulltime position with flexible working hours.    

  • Private medical care (LuxMed) and sports package (Multisport).    

  • Structured onboarding with dedicated support during the first weeks.
