We are looking for a highly organized and relationship-focused Site Partnership and Contract Manager to manage and develop our global network of hosting site partners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term business relationships while maintaining strong operational control, accurate documentation, and contractual compliance. The successful candidate will act as a key link between external hosting partners and internal teams, ensuring that agreements, operational requirements, and stakeholder expectations are managed effectively throughout the entire hosting site lifecycle.

You will work closely with legal, logistics, technical, and operational teams while supporting international site acquisition, hosting partnerships, and network expansion initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Support contract reviews, amendments, renewals, extensions, and terminations.
  • Track contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, renewal dates, and other critical commitments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hosting sites, partner contacts, agreements, and operational status.
  • Ensure all contractual and administrative documentation complies with internal standards, policies, and procedures.

Site Acquisition and Partner Relations

  • Work closely with the Site Sourcing & Management Team Leader on site acquisition and partnership activities.
  • Maintain regular communication with hosting partners and key stakeholders across multiple countries and regions.
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with hosting partners.
  • Act as the primary point of coordination for administrative and contractual matters related to hosting sites.
  • Support the identification and onboarding of new hosting opportunities as part of global expansion initiatives.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with internal legal teams regarding contractual matters and legal documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams regarding shipment, transportation, deployment, and site-related operational activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand site requirements, infrastructure constraints, and operational needs.
  • Translate technical and operational requirements into clear information for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support the resolution of administrative, contractual, and operational issues affecting hosting partners and sites.

Governance, Reporting, and Process Improvement

  • Coordinate approval processes for site-related operational expenses and costs.
  • Initiate financial approval requests when costs exceed delegated authority levels.
  • Monitor risks associated with hosting agreements and site operations and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain visibility of hosting site readiness, operational health, and partnership status.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, dashboards, and status updates for management and stakeholders.
  • Develop, improve, and standardize processes, templates, documentation, and workflows.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of site sourcing, partnership management, and operational practices.
  • Support broader documentation and operational process initiatives within the Services Delivery and Operations function as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and functions.
  • Experience maintaining accurate documentation, records, and administrative processes.

  • Understanding of, or strong interest in learning about, telecommunications, power infrastructure, astronomy, space, and Space Situational Awareness (SSA).
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside normal business hours to accommodate international meetings.
